EDIT: This just broke the 220 mark and is currently my most popular pic! Thank you everybody! (Uh-hem. Fixed a little something that was bothering me. Nala's teeth have a new outline color.)

Nala: It better NOT be anyplace dumb.
Simba: Aww, come on! When have I ever taken you anyplace "dumb"?
Nala: Well... there was that one time with the termite mounds, and then there was that other time with that anteater you thought was a monster, and then there was--
Simba: Okay, okay! Pfft! You didn't need to ANSWER!

My half of a "Simba and Nala" art trade with . AND it doubles as a little tribute to my favorite Disney movie which has returned to theaters AND DVD!!!

Actually, I am REALLY proud about how this turned out. No refs for the poses, only for colors and the faces (to get them to look like Simba and Nala) and the background is completely handpainted except for the grass brush.
