Push Over - Win-A-Date with Rehema

This took forever to post, I know, but the winners of the "Win-A-Date with Rehema" contest are finally here!!! In fact, this took me so long to get done, Rehema got a little mischievious and went out with more than just 3 girls. Naughty boy.

The second winner is 's lioness OC Hawa.

Hawa had been talking with the bright-eyed, dark-maned jungle lion Rehema for a while now. How long, she wasn't sure. It felt it may have been just a few minutes, but she was sure it was longer than that. What she did know what that with every passing moment, she liked him more. Was it the start of love? Maybe a little crush? There would be time to analyze that later. For now, she'd never enjoyed talking politics and kingdoms so much as right then - and with someone outside the royal court to boot! No matter how dull or dry the subject, Rehema seemed to hang on to her every word. And by the way he asked intelligent questions and countered with a good point or two, Hawa thought Rehema may acutally be enjoying the conversations.

"Most would think these topics were dull and boring," Hawa said after a few seconds of silence had passed between the subjects of their conversation. "Including myself."

Rehema suddenly gave a very over-exagerrated yawn and let his eyelids half-cover his bright green irises. "Finally!" he said, in a tone that Hawa couldn't tell was sarcasm or curt seriousness. "I didn't know how much longer I could go on!" he added, this time, swaying from side to side in what Hawa knew, for sure now, was mock exhaustion. "Laws, and rules, and proceedings... it's enough to make one wish he were..."

Without warning, Rehema flopped to the ground, hard enough to raise a small cloud of dust. Hawa's first instincts kicked in and she rushed to his side. "Rehema? Are you okay?" She didn't know why - he was only play-acting after all - but she felt relief when he opened his eyes and smiled.

"Quite," he said, starting to chuckle. "But I was bored."

Hawa chuckled back. "Then why did you let me go on so long? You could have stopped me. Or changed the subject."

"Of course I could have," Rehema said, starting to put his front paws under him again, "but I enjoyed listening to the music of your voice too much for it to stop, even for a moment."

She playfully pushed him on his back again and laughed outright. It was unlady-like and certainly not behavior the queen should display in public, but she didn't care. "You're nothing but a big push over, you know that?"

Rehema wrapped a paw around her shoulder, pulling her closer. "Only for you, my lady."
